What is an unfading?
An "Unfading" is an artistic work that experiments with natural materials that have expired, with the processes of time and with the physics that make them up.
Unfading is everything that can not wither.
In this work there is the will to make lasting the ephemeral of the vegetal forms, giving them a new life, open to the contemplation of the art that they enclose, in a metaphor of themselves, even withered, or worn out.
Each work is unique and may belong to a limited edition by inspiration and research in each metaphor.
They are constructed "encapsulated" in wooden boxes with transparent front, translucent in the case of lamps, or without front or back in the case of mobile games.
They represent the immortality of the lapse, the eternal, in a kind of vertical garden that adorns a special corner of the living space of those who enjoy them.
An unfading is a piece of symbolic universe that can be juxtaposed to another, amplifying its symbolism.
Each series is created from plant, mineral or fossil elements.
In the case of pigments, the process of extracting petals from flowers, leaves, spices or fruits, and their treatment to fix them in the support, are conceived with the idea that light activates its properties and returns to its own life.
Certificate of Authenticity
Each purchased artwork is delivered to your door in a safe package. A Hahnemühle Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist accompanied all limited edition prints. A COA accompanies each print and includes Mapamundi Factory logo, the Photographer’s name, artwork title, size, edition number, date of printing and paper type.The Certificate of Authenticity was designed to protect the security and genuineness of your limited edition art work and to reduce the risk of forgery.Each certificate is made of premium deckle edged mould made paper with a Hahnemühle watermark and fluorescent security fibres. A serialized numbered hologram should be added. A second, identically numbered hologram should then be applied to the reverse side of the artwork.The combination of certificate and hologram assures that each Certificate of Authenticity relates to one particular piece of art.

How much will shipping cost?
We offer free shipping to North America on all our artworks. For International orders, shipping is actually at a flat rate of 75$.
How is the print packaged for shipping?
We pack our art with extra care to prevent against damages, and all packages are labeled with special handling instructions.
Why does the amount I’m charged for shipping higher than the postage paid on my package?
Our shipping cost includes both shipping and art handling. This includes the cost of packing materials and the time we spent processing the print order, packing and shipping each print.
Exchanges and Refunds
Can I return a print?
We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the print, refunds and exchanges will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your item(s). All inquiries must be received within 14 days from the delivery date. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking an exchange or a refund. Your request will be processed as soon as possible.We cannot refund gift certificate purchases.
What if my print arrived damaged?
If your order should arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order and we will exchange it at no charge or a full refund for the price of the product.Please send us the following information so that we may resolve the issue in the most efficient and satisfactory manner. Simply take a digital photo of the print and one of the shipping containers it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to [email protected]
Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number. Your request will be processed as soon as possible and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production.
How do I return my print?
To return your print(s) please pack them in the original tube or box. Be sure to specify the reason for the return and what action you would like us to take: replacement or refund. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. Please note that the customer is responsible for returning the print in its original packaging and the print in mint condition on arrival at Mapamundi Factory in order to claim the refund. Damaged, dirty or torn prints will not be accepted. If you have any further enquiries regarding our Return Policy please contact us.
What if my shipment is lost?
While shipments are tracked, some packages can go missing. If your tracking info says the shipment has been delivered and you have not received it, contact the carrier directly. If your shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier, please contact [email protected]
and include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We will replace lost prints at no charge.
Please ensure that your shipping address is up-to-date before placing your order. You are responsible for extra shipping costs if a package has been returned to Mapamundi Factory marked "insufficient address" and we need to resend the order due to an address error.
